How to Apply/Register for admission at Ludumo Nursing School
- Step 1: Walk into the school premises and request for the application form.
- Step 2: Fill out the application form and attach all the relevant documents that would be requested.
- Step 3: Submit the application together with all the supporting documents.
Necessary documents
Application is received six months before commencement of programme. Application forms should be returned with:-
- 2 certified copies of identity document
- 2 certified copies of Grade 12 certificate
- Certified copy of a testimonial from School or Minister of Religion.
- 1 passport size photo
N.B. Grade 12 Certificate will be sent to Umalusi for verification. The student will be dismissed instantly if the certificate is found to be fraudulent.
