  • 2 x Grade 12 Certificate (matric)/Equivalent qualification
  • 2 x ID Document
  • 2 x Marriage Certificate (if married and surname different from ID or Certificate)

Bridging Course

  • 2 x Grade 12 Certificate (matric) /Equivalent qualification
  • 2 x Enrolled Nurse Certificate
  •  2 x ID Document
  • 2 x Marriage Certificate (if married and surname different from ID or Certificate)
  • 2 x Current Proof of Enrolment with S.A.N.C. (S.A.N.C Receipt)
  • 2 x Proof of Indemnity for 12 Months
